Hi guys, I know you all been waiting for new release of Zext CMS. Which was developed by Matt, last time I spoked to him. I lost his contact, and can't communicate with him. I hope his alright. If any body knows anything what happened let me know. The latest build I have of Zext CMS is under http://zext.org/dev/ you can take a look there :-) Also, I have this new idea for zext cms theme, take a look here and let me know what you guys think :-) http://zext.org/dev2/

I talked to Matt, he is still the best lead developer we have for Zext CMS. He will be back after vacation some time this year. So development status of Zext right now is on hold. Sorry guys, but coders need some time off too :-)

Makes sense to me, now that I know what's going on. Not sure things have gone bad difus, coding a project single handed is hard, especially when people are sitting waiting for it, I reckon he's having a break to get his head clearer, so that next time he looks at the code he can make sure it's good for release. Looking at the version of zext online, I can see that Mat has been busy.

@difus, no mate. It's just Matt is the only coder for Zext right now. He deserves some vacation. Plus he has his life too, like everyone of us 
#Unfesque, you are right. Hey Unfesque, I've lost your IM contact pm me mate hehe.
Btw, I've been learning PHP/MySQL and better at it now. Still need to learn a lot to help Matt. But maybe in year, I'll able to help him code too.

Don't worry about it guys  I'll be ok, even if Matt ever leaves. I or some one else will continue coding it in the future for sure. But that not going to happen. He said he will be back in no time.

loving the new look, will we still have the option to switch back to the old layout?
i think the new one reminds me too much of PHP-Fusion layout.
Can't want till zext is released

Take it easy guys, I just had gotten out of a 1 year and some odd month realtionship with a crazy girl, now i'm back at my development center, I had also gotten a new job and car as well. Now that i'm finicially stable, and ridden of a horrible girlfriend who hated when I coded. So after tonight, one last good party night, then afterwards, I will develop more and more every night when I get home from work since I have nothing else to do. Once again, thanks for being patient guys, ZEXT is going to be amazing. Same layout, same modules, but with faster processing, better caching, our own framework, and much more.
